Hunter, Janet M. (Marriage - 9 Nov. 1957)

Miss Janet M. Hunter of Muskego, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Hunter of Muskego, and Douglas C. Sossaman of Muskego, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Sossaman of Colby, exchanged marriage vows Saturday afternoon, Nov. 9, at 4:00 o’clock in the First Methodist church at Waukesha, Rev. William Blake reading the marriage ceremony. The couple was attended by Mr. and Mrs. Edward Metoxen of Muskego.

The bride chose a black velvet suit with white accessories as her wedding gown. Her corsage consisted of white carnations and yellow mums. The matron of honor was attired in a blue crepe gown with black accessories and her corsage consisted of white carnations and bronze button mums.

A reception for about 100 guests was held at the Lakeview Resort at Muskego. Music was furnished by Phil and his orchestra.

The newlyweds are at home at 409 Bell St., Waukesha.
